Chef's Table

Up to five diners can sit at the same table that has hosted such notable celebrities as Julia Child, Eric Ripert, and Leonardo DiCaprio. The Chef’s table is directly in the Marinus kitchen, where chef Cal will prepare a meal focusing on the very best ingredients he can find while using your input as inspiration.

Wine Cellar

The Wine Cellar Table seats up to eight in the Wine Spectator Grand Award of Excellence-winning Marinus cellar. Chef Cal Stamenov creates a meal showcasing the more than 1,500 labels and upwards of 25,000 bottles that comprise the Marinus wine list. Indulge in a six or eight course Chef’s Tasting Menu prepared by Chef Cal.

Magnum Room

The Magnum Room is a private dining room seating up to twelve guests in comfort. Guests can enjoy a four, five or eight course Chef’s Tasting Menu reflecting the season’s best organic product and naturally raised meats. A grand seven-foot round table provides the perfect ambiance for a luxurious meal.

Harvest Room

Harvest Room can seat up to 50 people, and includes a demonstration kitchen ideal for culinary and viticultural education or an exhibition dinner and wine tasting.
