Spa Information

Arrival to our Carmel Valley spa and salon should be one of effortless relaxation. To fully enjoy your experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment start time. Spa experiences are sacred. The Spa is an adult only environment and guests must be aged eighteen or older to enjoy our massages, facial services, and facilities. To ensure a calm and relaxing environment, audible cell phone use is not permitted.

Hotel guests aged eighteen and older have complimentary use of the locker room, eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna and warming pool. Please bring your swimsuit to enjoy the pools. Valuables should be left in your guest room safe for your security.

Spa services for locals and non-resort guests may be booked with or without access to our spa facilities. When booked in addition to a massage or facial, a Stay All Day Pass includes robe, slippers, access to the locker room, steam room, sauna, showers and pools. The pass is $95 and includes all day access on the day of service. Spa services may also be booked a la carte without a Stay All Day pass.
