The heart of Carmel Valley wine country offers vibrancy and character like no other. Begin the evening with a festive welcome reception on the Harvest Terrace with live music and southern inspired specialty cocktails hosted by St. George Spirits.  Then step into our Harvest Room Exhibition Kitchen by Sub-Zero and Wolf and take a seat inside Chef Cal Stamenov’s Kitchen.

Tonight Chef Cal gives comfort food a dazzling new spin with his smoked Wagyu brisket and organic fried chicken showcased in three distinct styles and thoughtfully paired with select wines from our cellar.

Choose from our array of relaxation services including massage, bodywork and facials and then extend your spa day with our complimentary Spring Equinox activities including restorative yoga, local honey tasting and Bernardus wine tasting.

Just in time for summer, learn how to prepare your favorite meat dishes with delicious marinades and rubs while enjoying specialty cocktails and select wines from our cellar.  Strike up the grill with Chef Cal and speaker Robert Esser of Newport Meats, as they discuss the aging of meat and various meat cuts from local grass-fed to American Wagyu.

Enjoy the arrival of Spring with a grand buffet featuring grilled organic vegetable, naturally raised meats, farmhouse cheeses, and fresh fruit tarts. Traditional brunch favorites will be accented with Chef Cal Stamenov’s signature cuisine. Children’s East Egg hunt will be hosted at 11:30am and 2:00pm. The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures throughout the afternoon.

We invite you to enjoy the grand tradition of afternoon tea with acoustic guitar and warm Carmel Valley sunshine in our fragrant Rose Garden. Along with select wines from our cellar, a variety of herbal teas including fresh lemon verbena and spearmint will be offered.  Our savory buffet will include cucumber-mint sandwiches, house smoked salmon and watercress tea sandwiches.  Of course, classic scones, house made preserves and vanilla madeleines will complete the afternoon.
