Get ready, Chef Cal’s Chicken & Brisket dinner is a must-eat event! Begin the evening with a festive reception on the Harvest Terrace with live music and southern inspired specialty cocktails. Then step into our Harvest Room with exhibition kitchen by Sub-Zero and Wolf and take a seat inside Chef Cal Stamenov’s kitchen.

Tonight, Chef Cal celebrates this comfort classic with quality ingredients and refined techniques that showcase his organic fried chicken in three distinct styles alongside savory smoked Wagyu brisket and thoughtfully paired with select wines from our cellar.
