Bernardus Lodge & Spa is elated to provide our guests with the opportunity to enjoy authentic farm-to-table and garden-to-glass experiences. With extensive organic herb and vegetable gardens, vineyards and fruit trees, our 28-acre estate produces some of the freshest produce in Carmel Valley, California. Seasonal ingredients inspire our culinary team's cuisine and we are fortunate enough to produce our own honey and wine, giving our food and drink menus an added personal touch.
