Chef Cal Stamenov is fortunate to have extensive organic herb and vegetable gardens, vineyards and fruit trees on our 28-acre estate. And diners at our Carmel Valley restaurant are equally fortunate to be able to sample Chef Cal’s creations from our own backyard.

Chef Cal’s Gardens serve as an endless source of daily inspiration, where the opportunities for creativity are limitless. Whether it’s a basket of just-foraged mushrooms, the first favas of the season or a fresh-picked peach from our orchard, the ingredients are the catalyst for Lucia’s flavorful, homegrown dishes.
