Our spring inspired brunch buffet thoughtfully prepared by Chef Christian Ojeda and his culinary team will feature local organic vegetables, naturally raised meats, seafood bar, classic cheeses, tasty desserts and traditional brunch favorites. Accented with live music, the atmosphere will provide mothers with more than just relaxation as it is designed to pamper the entire family with an afternoon of world-class service and cuisine.

A professional photographer will also be onsite to capture cherished moments throughout the afternoon with two complimentary printed photographs per table as our gift to you.

Thistle be fun!  Join Chef Christian as we celebrate the flavor, texture and beauty of our local artichokes.  Known for its tender heart and robust petals, the artichoke is a favorite for bees, butterflies and chefs alike.   Jane Hayes, owner of Monterey Farms, will guide you through what it takes to raise and cultivate this unique flower as you sip artisan artichoke beer, roasted jalapeno and artichoke bloody marys, artichoke inspired cocktails and Bernardus wine.  The afternoon will truly put the sunshine in your glass.  A grand buffet lunch will conclude the day with warm artichoke bread, fan-favorite fried baby artichoke hearts, herbaceous grilled artichoke salad, artichoke chicken piccata and more to truly show the versatility of this garden gem. Cheers to this heart of gold!

Chef Christian Ojeda is fortunate to have an extensive herb and vegetable gardens, vineyards, and fruit trees on our 28-acre estate.  And diners at Lucia Restaurant & Bar are equally fortunate to be able to sample Chef Christian’s creations from our own backyard.
