With extensive organic herb and vegetable gardens, vineyards and fruit trees, our 28-acre estate produces some of the freshest produce in Carmel Valley, California. Seasonal ingredients inspire our culinary team's cuisine and we are fortunate enough to produce our own honey and wine, giving our food and drink menus an added personal touch.

Tomato lovers rejoice! Championing the relationship between food and terroir, Chef Christian Ojeda brings the idea of farm-to-table back to the land with homegrown offerings from our local culinary artisans. Sip a “Backwards” Bloody Mary alongside local farmer, Dick Swank of Swank Farms, as he guides you through more than eight varieties of his certified organic heirloom tomatoes. After a reception in the sunshine, step into Lucia Restaurant for a garden inspired lunch buffet featuring Chef Christian’s Carmel Valley gazpacho, rainbow panzanella, natural prime beef, tomato basil sorbet and more. Enjoy the bounty of Carmel Valley wine country at this annual event!
