Escape to a peaceful, sun-drenched Carmel Valley sanctuary that inspires all the senses with the artistic nature of a setting that redefines the pursuit of effortless relaxation. Tucked throughout the olive trees, rosemary and thriving rose gardens, more than 1,000 lavender plants are in full bloom. With a glass of rosé in hand, stroll our abundant Chef’s Garden and fragrant lavender beds with horticulturist Mark Marino and get a sneak peek of our 180,000 Italian honeybees hard at work. Chef Christian Ojeda will delight guests with a lavender inspired grand buffet lunch with ingredients culled from our garden and vineyard. This annual celebration is truly cultivated in Carmel Valley!
